Product Status and Intended Use

Products sold by Masterpiece Proxies that are described as proxies, custom cards, or similar products are unofficial products intended for casual play, deck testing, collecting, display, and personal use.

They are not official Magic: The Gathering cards and are not represented or sold as authentic tournament-legal cards.

Customers are responsible for following the rules of any game store, tournament organizer, event, playgroup, or other venue in which they choose to use these products.

Product Images and Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, artwork, finishes, and other details accurately.

However, colors and appearance may vary slightly due to:

Screen settings
Lighting
Printing variations
Production changes

Minor differences of this nature are not necessarily considered defects.

Pricing

Prices may be changed at any time without notice.

Promotions, discounts, bundles, and special offers may be modified, limited, or discontinued.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including cases involving:

Suspected fraud
Pricing errors
Inventory errors
Payment issues
Violation of store policies

If a paid order is canceled by us, the appropriate amount will be refunded.

Intellectual Property

Masterpiece Proxies is an independent business.

References to games, card names, mechanics, characters, artwork, trademarks, or other third-party intellectual property are used only where applicable to identify or describe products.

Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Masterpiece Proxies is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, or any other third-party rights holder unless expressly stated otherwise.
